Official Launch for Community Shops Network - Thorncombe Community Shop on 12th March 2010
We are delighted to announce that we will be holding the official launch of the Community Shops Network at Thorncombe Community Shop in Dorset on 12th March 2010. The network will be officially launched by Oliver Letwin, MP for West Dorset (and also keen volunteer at Thorncombe Community Shop!).
The event is scheduled to start at 11am and will include an introduction to the Network by Peter Couchman, Chief Executive of the Plunkett Foundation, a case study of Thorncombe Community Shop and the official launch by Oliver Letwin MP.
The event will attract local media and we would be delighted to see as many representatives of the Community Shops sector there as possible.
