cooling
Having totally refurbished our village shop in Longborough, Gloucestershire with the provision of extra chillers and freezers it is becoming increasingly obvious that we shall need to look to some cooling solution(s) in the very near future. Any advice on choice of system/solution ?
Many thanks Harry Taylor

I suggest that you look at air-toair heatpumps. These will cool in summer and provide blown warm air in winter with an efficiency of about 3.5 ie you get out three and a half times as much heat as you put in in electricity. All the major companies make them eg Fujitu, Daikin, Mitsubishi. There is also a company called "Ice Energy" which markets a scandinavian made device.
There are sometimes grants available because these devices are "green".
